Order cancellations are only possible before shipping. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Returned products must be in their original condition and customers are required to pay for the return shipping. Exchanges are subject to product availability offered. If the desired product is not available, a refund can be issued.
